When you use Energy Yi, we may collect: your email address (when registering or placing orders), birth information (for generating BaZi charts), name, shipping address, phone number, and payment information (processed securely through PayPal — we never store your full credit card details).

Cookies

Data Security
Passwords are hashed using bcrypt. All data transmission uses HTTPS encryption. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties.
Analytics & Attribution
To understand how visitors reach and use our site, we collect basic attribution data, including traffic-source parameters (such as UTM tags and Google or Facebook click identifiers) and a small set of funnel events (for example, that a page was viewed, a free reading was started, or a checkout was initiated). We also store a salted hash of your email address so we can match orders between our site and our checkout platform.
This data is used to measure and improve our services and our marketing. Attribution and funnel-event data is retained for 90 days and then automatically deleted. We do not sell this data, and it is not used to personally identify you.
