Physical Products — Crystal Bracelets

We offer a 30-day return policy on all crystal bracelet purchases. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. To initiate a return, contact support@energyyi.com with your order number.

Return Conditions

• Item must be unused and in original packaging
• Return request must be made within 30 days of delivery
• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
• Once received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days

Digital Products

BaZi readings, compatibility analyses, and ZhenYin meditation audio are digital products delivered instantly. All sales of digital products are final and non-refundable due to their nature.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Cancellations

Orders for physical products can be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase if they haven't been processed yet. Contact support@energyyi.com immediately.
