Refund & Return Policy

Physical Products — Crystal Bracelets

We offer a 30-day return policy on all crystal bracelet purchases. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. To initiate a return, contact support@energyyi.com with your order number.

Return Conditions

• Item must be unused and in original packaging
• Return request must be made within 30 days of delivery
• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
• Once received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days

Digital Products — Refundable Within 14 Days If Not Yet Generated

BaZi deep readings, Compatibility (HePan) deep readings, I Ching deep readings, and Feng Shui (Space Energy) deep readings are generated individually and delivered to you immediately after payment. Your purchase is refundable within 14 days if the report has not yet been generated. Once the report has been generated, it is not refundable.

If we fail to deliver: if your report does not generate, or does not reach you, contact support@energyyi.com and we will fix the delivery or refund that purchase in full.

Other Digital Products

Standard BaZi readings, compatibility analyses, and ZhenYin meditation audio are generated or unlocked instantly. The same rule applies: refundable within 14 days if the content has not yet been generated or unlocked; once generated or unlocked, it is not refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Cancellations

Orders for physical products can be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase if they haven't been processed yet. Contact support@energyyi.com immediately.
